Honey Yuzu (Gluten Free)


Light honey yuzu infused cake, generously coated with a tangy homemade honey yuzu lemon curd and yuzu peels – a delicious upgrade from the normal lemon cake!

Note: This is a small cake size of 7cm width.

Ingredients: house-made gluten free flour blend, French butter, eggs, honey yuzu, sugar, fresh lemon juice, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum

Care Information: Best consumed on day of receipt. Store at room temperature for up to 1 day, or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before consuming.
