Carrot Cake (Gluten Free)
Made with freshly grated carrots and spiced with cinnamon, topped with cream cheese frosting with a much lowered sugar content, and finished with a medley of honey toasted mixed nuts and seeds. Our Carrot Cake will feel like a warm comforting hug on a rainy day.
Note: This is a small cake size of 7cm width.
Ingredients: house-made gluten free flour blend, fresh carrots, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, honey, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt, xanthan gum.
Care Information: Best consumed on day of receipt. Store at room temperature for up to 1 day, or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before consuming.
