Some Days We Bake started out as a “some-days-I-bake” hobby which turned serious after we received
much encouragement from our loved ones to share our bakes with the public.
We specialise in gluten free bakes to cater to folks who are gluten intolerant, which basically refers to the body’s
inability to digest or break down the gluten protein found in wheat and certain other grains. As such, common foods
that contain gluten, such as bread, cookies and pasta, are off-limits to those who have a gluten intolerance.
Our goal is to create bakes that taste as good as (or even better than!) “normal” bakes,
and can be enjoyed by everyone – whether you are gluten intolerant or not!
We firmly believe that everyone should have a right to enjoy desserts, regardless of their dietary restrictions!
Our bakes are made from scratch and use only the finest ingredients – from French butter to Belgium chocolates
and Mediterranean sea salt. To have better control over the quality of our bakes, we developed our very own
range of gluten free flour blends in order to replicate the gluten structure found in normal wheat flour.
As the characteristics of each gluten free bake are different, using a different flour blend for different products
allows our bakes to achieve the best taste and texture.
